As part of your visit, you’ll receive a complimentary Aura Reality Face Scan — a 3D facial analysis that reveals what’s happening beneath the surface and gives us a crystal-clear picture of your skin’s current health.
Together, we’ll review your scan results and create a custom treatment plan just for you — no pressure, no guesswork.

Why do you need a card on file when I make an appointment?
A valid credit or debit card is required to be kept on file at the time of booking. By scheduling an appointment, you authorize Cassie Lane Med Spa to charge the card on file for any applicable cancellation or no-show fees.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments that are cancelled within 48 hours, or no-call/no-show appointments, will be charged a $50 fee, which will be automatically charged to the card on file.
What is your refund policy?
Pre-purchased services are eligible for a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided the service has not been redeemed or partially used. Package purchases are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase only if no sessions have been used. Once any portion of a package has been redeemed, the package becomes non-refundable. Any remaining value after 14 days will be issued as a credit to your Cassie Lane Med Spa wallet, which may be used toward a different or future service. Wallet credits are non-refundable and have no cash value outside of Cassie Lane Med Spa.
What is your consultation fee?
We charge $50 for our aesthetic and wellness consultations, which covers our providers’ time and expertise. However, if purchasing a product, service or package the day of your consultation, we will use that $50 towards your purchase.
What should I expect at my aesthetic or wellness consultation?
Our providers use the consultation as a time to understand your personal goals, share personalized options with you, and answer any questions you may have about our services. Our goal is for you to leave with a full understanding of your options and with a personalized plan to help you reach your goals. We can even perform some services during the same appointment if time allows.
